Dear Mrs Eman

We hope that you are doing well. We just wanted to let you know that we arrived back safely in South Africa after our amazing trip to Egypt.

My friend and I would like to thank you once again from the depth of our hearts for adding this very special experience to our lives. Words are not enough to describe how much we enjoyed our tour with Touch Egypt. As I already told you per telephone also - we were really so impressed with every aspect about our tour. Everything was more than perfect - the service was professional, friendly and efficient - the organization was absolutely amazing - everything always on time - the transfers, etc. We were extremely satisfied with all the accommodations as well. The tour guides were also excellent - always so well informed and friendly. They were all really good, but I would like to make a special mention of a few of them. Mr Hassan in Cairo was really special - he gave us lots of information, he was very friendly, and we could see his passion for the history of Egypt, which made us very excited also. In Luxor our tour guide, Mohammed ('Happy') was also amazing. He was so friendly, patient, interested in our country also, and he had a very good sense of humour. He was also very special, since on one very hot day in Luxor, on the tour he took us for a special treat to drink some sugar cane juice in a local place.

We also have to make a special mention of the felucca cruise. Mr Nasser, the felucca captain, and his son, Ahmed, made this also a very special experience. They were so friendly, and made us feel really special and at home on the felucca. The spirit on the felucca was amazing, since Mr Nasser was making us sing songs, Ahmed was always happy and singing while cooking for us - and the food was really good. Even though Mr Nasser was feeling ill from his kidneys, he was doing his very best to make the felucca trip special to us, and he certainly succeeded. We hope that he is feeling better now after going to Cairo to see a specialist there. We will always remember the wonderful relaxing atmosphere while sailing along the dark waters of the mighty river Nile.

And then of course, also to you, Mrs Eman, thank you so very much for your big part in arranging all this wonderful trip for us. From the first e-mail which we received from you, I knew that you were a special person, and that our trip will be special experience. We really wish we could have met you, but maybe next time. Thank you any way for all your friendly and kind phone calls during our tour. It was always very nice speaking to you. It made our tour even more special to know that you were always interested to know if everything was OK with us. And thank you so much also for our wonderful presents - we really love them. They will be kept in our house as a special treasure and a wonderful reminder of our special trip to Egypt.

This trip has truly been one of the highlights of our lives - we will never forget it. We will always treasure all the memories of the special experiences and wonderful people which we met on this tour! And we will certainly recommend this trip to all our friends.

Thanx a million for everything. We wish all the best to you, and the little baby, and also to Mr Tiger and everybody else. Please thank all of them on our behalves also for the wonderful parts they played in our special experience.

Thank you so much for your email. Yes we're safely back in the wet and cold UK and I'm back to the reality of work.

We cannot thank you enough for all the arrangements you made for us and for the care and attention we were shown throughout our stay. We have done quite a lot of travelling over the years and this was undoubtedly one of the best holidays we've ever had. You really did do a fantastic job of making everything work for us so thank you again.

If you are ever contacted by potential clients who want references from someone who has used your services I would be more than happy for you to put them on to me so I can reassure them about what a fantastic job you would do. I'm also more than happy to write a glowing report for your website if you'd like me to.
